Voice Teacher
I am an experienced voice teacher of all ages/genres.
I have been teaching musical theater voice lessons at VCU since 2021.
My students have received countless roles, awards and acceptances to top Classical Voice, Commercial Music and Musical Theatre programs.
In addition to teaching privately since 2007, have previously taught at SPARC, Broken Leg Theatre, The Perkinson Center, The Academy of Music, The Hurrah Players, Virginia Theatre Association, Village Theatre, Seattle Pacific University, Hi-Liners Musical Theatre, and A Cappella Academy.
Due to my full teaching load, I am not currently accepting new voice students. Former VCU students are welcome to reach out if they need a "checkin lesson."
Singer/Actor
I mainly perform musical theatre, and am proficient in a wide variety of other musical and dramatic settings.
I have done plays, opera, pop, jazz, worship music, choir and pop a cappella. Past roles: Fiona in Shrek, The Witch in Into the Woods, Susan in [title of show], Heather in Hands on a Hardbody, Prudy in Hairspray, Dorabella in Cosí fan tutte, Zita in Gianni Schicchi.
